Loving Every Curve

Dear Princesses,

I wanted to take this time to talk to you guys about loving your body.I want you to know that its ok to have curves. Its ok to not be thin. I for a long period of time struggled with my weight and I wasn't happy. But being skinny doesn't always have to be the answer.  I decided one day that being curvy was ok. And i learned to love myself. I personally thought I was fat as a child because I was curvier than the rest of my friends.  I even at one point when I was younger thought of going the wrong way and throwing up my food. That wasn't the right way to go.  As time passed I realized that I just had a more developed body than my friends. Girls, its ok to have curves. You don't need to be thin. And if your are naturally thin thats beautiful too. As time passed I realized that being healthy was the way to be. So I made some changes. I started eating healthier and exercising. Working out helped me to tone up and feel better about myself. Girls please take care of yourself. Love your body. Don't let anyone tell you that your too fat or too skinny! As long as you know your doing the right things to your body than no one can tell you NOTHING. Embrace who you are. Be who you are. Let your beauty shine from inside. Be kind to others. Hang around positive people. Stay away from negative people.
Love you guys

  5. As long as you're eating healthy and exercising daily, then your body will respond and look just as the CREATOR planned for it to look. I discussed body type/shape in my blog too on yesterday http://tweencityblogs.blogspot.com/. I love my body now, but I let it go unconsciously as a self defense mechanism to fight a tragedy during early childhood. So, right now I'm in the process to getting back to me. Stay Strong! Stay Blessed! Stay Brilliant! Stay Beautiful! Stay YOU! Love Ya, TweenStylist.

  10. you look great, everything in this picture looks just as it should. Even though I think the blonde looks good on you as well. Being healthy and feeling good is the most important thing in life not how much you weigh, but even if you were bigger I'd still be able to carry you :-)

  13. Angela <3 ever since your first episode on Runs House, I have looked up to you and love your sense of fashion & your goofy personality. But besides that your are truly a beautiful person inside and out. I am 16 and my name is Crystal Noel, I live in NY. You are my role model, your a confident even when haters try to put you down on their gossip sites and you do look great, if I don't say so myself. I use to be skinner in middle school, now I put on a lil weight, I'm still slim but I was getting caught up into the whole being skinny thing until I seen your twitter and you embracing being curvy and eating healthier and working out. I eat healthier also and I go to the gym when I have time, in the future I would like to go more often but your father was truly blessed to have such a amazing human being as a daughter. Your words of wisdom mean the world to me and I love how your so raw and show your imperfections like everyone else. I would love to meet one day and thank you in person. I will always support you in things you do throughout your life :) xoxo Crystal

  14. When you take care of your body and are comfortable with yourself you have a more positive outlook. When you start to love you others will be attracted to that aspect of your life:)

I've lost over 80 pounds in the past 5 years by being healthy, exercising and loving myself.

CAN YOU DO A WORKOUT POST?

  17. Beautifully written! It is so true, people, especially us women, have to embrace who we are. Curves and all! Once we accept who we are, we can truly be happy :)

  20. Finally someone who not only encourages those who are naturally curvy, but also those who are naturally skinny. Most people don't realize how hard it is growing up as a black girl, with not much of a shape at all. I was always offended when people talked about "skinny people" like they all were anorexic or bulimic!

Thank you for encouraging us all!! Loving ourselves for who we are is very important.

You are an inspiration! Keeping living, HAPPILY! I'm inspired by you!! :)
